NJGAP is set up to intake and profile 10-25 greyhounds per month. On average we are placing 15 per month.

Once a greyhound reaches NJGAP they are bathed and groomed, checked by a veterinarian, spayed/neutered, teeth cleaned, inoculated, heartworm tested and are given de-worming medications.

We ask that the adopter take their new greyhound to the veterinarian of their choosing for suture removal, well visit which includes the purchase of heartworm medication.

We are selective about the homes that our greyhounds go in to and are careful during the intake and profiling process of each of our greyhounds to assure a successful match of greyhound and adopter. Be patient with us as it may take several weeks to adopt your dog from the time you are approved.

When a greyhound reaches NJGAP it has a HOME FOR LIFE. We are here to answer any of your questions and provide you with information and guidance throughout the life of your greyhound.

We look forward to hearing from you!!
